2014 - 2020 She moved to Harrisburg and contracted with several professional companies to assist in establishing a stronger marketing presence in their creative and website services.

2003 - 2013 Susan joined the Pennsylvania Medical Society’s (PAMED) creative team as their Associate Director of Creative and Technology Services. Her expertise in branding strengthened PAMED’s products and services offered to physician members.

1995 - 2002 Susan helped lead a Pittsburgh communications and design firm to a better understanding of electronic and web design from her much stronger print design, making her a graphic designer bridging both disciplines well.

1984 - 1995 Susan’s design ability is enhanced by her knowledge of high-end computer pre-press, which she acquired while heading up the graphics department of a Pittsburgh printer. Prior to that, she managed an in-house advertising department of a manufacturing and service company for 9 years.

1981 - 1983 Susan Rupert-McCune graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a visual communications degree. On-the-job training preceded the full time position she held at Steel City Screen Print as an illustrator for T-shirt designs (this was the closest she could come to album cover design).

ARTIST Susan also takes out her paint and brushes, turns up the music and enjoys painting in her studio.
